Description
Victorinox Cutlery Professionals cut knives with a whetstone after each use. In the home environment, however, one use of the knife is so short that it is not necessary to sharpen it so often. The knives you use most often need to be sharpened approximately once a month. Rotate the back of the knife outwards so that the grinding angle is approximately 20 degrees. Be sure to pull the cutting edge on both sides over the sharpener several times. Do not put too much pressure on the whetstone.
